You Can Fix This Issue By Using Command Prompt (CMD)
Steps:

1. Run Your Command Prompt As Administrator.

2. Type Command : attrib -r -s c:/Windows/Fonts

3. Goto Fonts Folder : "C:\Windows\Fonts\"

4. Delete Font Named "UNCL"

5. Enjoy.
