Steps:
1. Play In Window Mode By Disabling Anti-aliasing ,
Anisotropic Filtering & Adaptive Anti-Aliasing Through Catalyst Control Center or Geforce Experience.
2. Set High Priority For The Game In Task Manager.
3. Set Power Management Mode to “Prefer Maximum Performance” In Nvidia Control Panel/ Manage 3D Settings.
