SOMA Lag And Low FPS Fix:
1. Run The Game In Window Mode.
2. Set Your Screen Resolution "1280×720".
3. Disable "Anti-aliasing".
4. Disable "V-sync".
5. Lower The "Shadows".
6. If "SSAO" Is Enable Then Disable It If Its Disable The Enable It.
7. Set Texture Filter To "Bilinear" Or "Trilinear".
8. Set High Priority From The Task Manager.
9. Make Sure That All Programs Are Closed While Playing The Game.
