Fallout 4 Mouse Acceleration Fix:
1. Goto "C: > Users > Username > Documents > MyGames > Fallout 4".
2. Open "Fallout4.cfg".
3. Change "iPresentInterval=1" To "iPresentInterval=0".
4. Also Change "bForceIgnoreSmoothness=0" To "bForceIgnoreSmoothness=1".
