COD Ghosts Performance Fix:
1. Turn Off Terrian Details.
2. Turn Off Depth of Field And Motion Blur.
If This Didn't Work Then Try To Run the Game In Window Mode Without Borders Or Open The Take Manager Find "iw6sp64_ship" Change Its Priority From High To Normal.
