If You Have Constantly 30 FPS In The Game That Is Because Of The Game Limits That You Can Disable By Creating A Shortcut To The Game And This Code At The End: "-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+"
For Example:
First Create The Game Shortcut, Left Click On the Shortcut Of The Game And Then Click On Its Properties, Now You Can See Target There Just Add The Code There In the End Of The Target Line.
