F1 2015 Low FPS Fix:
1. Update Your Graphics Drivers.
2. Set High Priority From Task Manager.
3. Lower Some Graphics From In Game Settings.
4. If You Are Using Any Third Party Software Close It.
5. Disable V-sync.
6. Run Game In Windowed Mode.
