1. If You Are Using UPlay Then Exit It And Start The Game Using Steam.
2. Another Way To Solve This Issue
Goto Lobby Options Tab > Game > And Switch The Team Settings To "Open For Friends" Then Every One Can Join You Through UPlay Client.
